Monthly Archives: February 2012

As from today my products will be available to buy in real bricks and mortar shops.  I’m just off to take this order to the lovely Cilla and Camilla in Beaminster.  This isn’t the whole order – I just really love how cute the Jingle Balls look in their little packages!!!

It was play-doh time this week.  Thanks to a half price offer at our favourite toy shop we ended up with buckets of the stuff.  Just look at all those gorgeous bright fruity zingy colours…

I’ve been busy making up orders for shops recently which is why I’ve been a bit quiet on the blog front.  But at last I get a chance to show you the fabulous new cards I’ve had printed….

I was round at a friend’s in the week visiting her lovely new baby, and on her wall was the fab papercut I did for her and her husband when they got married.  I’d forgotten how fun it is.  Really simple, but very cute….

Today it’s been cards cards cards and more cards…

Oh I love her so much!  Isn’t she pretty?  Trying to sleep but wide awake because of that pesky pea…

I spent a very happy afternoon making myself an apron to work in.  I’m constantly losing my scissors, pencils, needles, notebooks, everything really.  All the time.  And also getting paint and glue on my clothes.  So I made a reversable work apron for myself.  It has gorgeous vintage retro flowery bark cloth on one side with a huge wide pocket, and is plain blue on the other side with six pockets all featuring lovely little critters and trees.  I made it extra wide so it goes right round my middle and back again and then scalloped the bottom at the back.  It’s soooooo pretty…..

We never get snow here.  Well, we got some last year, but none this year.  But it has been unbelievably cold – the harbour froze!  Not quite ice-skating thickness quite yet, but definitely a little bit of crispy pack ice.  The sky has been crystal clear blue and everything has been very photogenic…

I keep mine in several baskets scattered around the house.  I wish it looked as pretty as any of these…

I can’t stop making cards!  Would love your opinions on these ones – do you prefer the handwriting or the stamped writing?
