It was glorious.  Stanley and I sat and read in the sun aaaaaalllllllllll afternoon, until the sun went behind the neighbour’s tree and our feet and paws got a little bit nippy….

Let’s hope it stays for a bit.  In other news, I built a boat.  Well, sort of.  It’s a land-going boat, but good enough for a 6 year old and a 3 year old who have their eye patches and cutlasses at the ready….

I’ve just got to show you this fab commission I worked on last week – I’m so pleased with it and so were the lovely family who received it!  Order your own personalised just for you…

Well, I suppose wedding season is coming up!  I’ve been making papercuts to commission  all weekend – this is literally just a tiny selection, and I can’t wait to show you when they’re all finished.  Also, baby season!  And lucky baby Charlie who’s going to get to snuggle under and play upon his lovely new bunting quilt and playmat…

Firstly, lots of you have been struggling to find me since I moved my blog button!  It’s down there now, on the home page, below the slideshow, in a pretty frame, written out in bunting.  It’s still there…

Secondly, what a lovely time I’ve had today finishing a commission…dozens and dozens of little baby announcements with little flapping washing.  Aren’t they cute?!

Thirdly, Lyme Regis disappeared today!  Under a layer of fog…

Today has been a grey and drizzly day outside and a bright and sunny day inside.  I spent the morning doing a lovely papercut commission with a funky little rainbow zooming across it and fluffy little white clouds and buzzy little bees and pointy little flowers…

I’m also still totally in love with our new coffee machine, can’t believe it took me until this age to get one, and love love love the cute little French cups I got to go with it…

I’m so excited about 2013!  I’ve got heaps and heaps of new ideas and products in the pipeline that I can’t wait to show you!  Most of them are still in the development stage, but some are already finished and ready for the shops, starting with my fabulous cushion!  I really do love a cushion, and I mean LOVE a cushion.  You really can’t have enough so why not have one that’s fun as well!  My new cushions will bring a touch of colour and humour to your sofa, bed or anywhere you fancy….

Wow, what a busy time it’s been the last two weeks.  Firstly, it’s been glorious weather with amazing sunrises and gorgeous shadows and colours.

I’ve been super busy making customers’ orders for Christmas – cushions and papercuts mostly, but also packaging up cards, baubles, dolls and angels.

We had a super walk on the beach last sunday followed by hot chocolate and marshmallows by the harbour.  We finally got the tree up, although Stanley likes it more than the rest of us put together…
